Here is another cute stamp from Stamping Bella. There images are priceless and they have a huge selection to suit every occassion. Here I have used the same technique of blending pencil crayons and mineral spirits. The blending is done with a stump. I have used a glazed black pen to hightlight the polka dots and her hair. Embellishments of a quickutz border in white and pearls have completed this adorable little girl.Bonnie
